Newton Independent

Wesley G. Keller Jr., 25, of Newton was charged with fifth degree theft after allegedly taking $32.91 worth of items from Wal-Mart in an incident reported to police at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday. During his arrest, a marijuana pipe was found in his possession with resulted in a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. He was released to appear.
