To the Newton Independent:
I haven't seen much that is news-worthy coming from the losers of the last presidential election. Self-reflection is sometimes a slow process and angry letters may be just a sign that some guy from Kellogg is waring underwear that is too small. Oh well, there I go again doing the devil's bidding.
A friend of mine told me that after watching Colin Powell on a news program last Sunday he thought Mr. Powell should join the Democrat Party. Well, that is the way a lot of Republicans feel about this man who once was their hero.
I hope he stays in the Republican Party because he is what that party needs to get back to.
