YMCA plans Adventureland trips for area youth

The Newton YMCA is planning two summer day trips to Adventureland for children age 7 to 14 this summer.

The first trip, set for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, will focus on the theme park and rides at Adventureland. The second trip, set for 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, will focus on the waterpark located at the theme park.

Cost for each trip is $45 for Y members and $55 for non-members. The cost includes admission to the park, transportation and lunch.

To register, visit the Newton YMCA at 1701 S. 8th Ave. E.
