The Beukema family will be selling 262 acres of farmland adjacent to the Iowa Speedway at a public auction set for 10:30 a.m. July 9 at the DMACC Conference Center Auditorium in Newton.
The unimproved land, which has been in the Beukema family for more than 60 years, is being offered in five tracts ranging in size from 6.8 to 110 acres.
