Newton library offers new Online Book Club service

Newton Independent

The Newton Public Library is offering an Online Book Club that delivers books electronically, a new service made possible by the Friends of the Library.

Each day, Monday through Friday, the library e-mails subscribers a portion of a book that takes about five minutes to read. Readers can enjoy two or three chapters from a book during the week and then if they like, check it out of the library.

Each week, the library will feature a new book from a variety of genres.
