Attorneys for Trinity Structural Towers have moved the wrongful termination lawsuit filed against the Newton wind tower producer by a former worker to the federal court system in Des Moines.
Gregory Mack of Pella filed suit against the company in Jasper County District Court earlier this month claiming he was terminated from his position after seeking treatment for an injury he sustained on the job.
The suit contends he was terminated after seeking to make a valid worker's compensation claim for the injury he sustained while working as a painter at the plant.
