The Iowa Speedway announced today it will play pre-host to the annual Sturgis, S.D., motorcycle rally when it holds the inaugural Iowa Grand Motorcyle Rally July 26-29 in Newton.
At the invation of the Speedway, Jay Allen Productions, creator of the world's largest biker bar, The Broken Spoke Saloon, in Sturgis, will help organize a motorcyle rally a week in advance of the 72nd annual Sturgis motorcycle event set for Aug. 6-12 in western South Dakota.
