The Maytag Bowl project committee will hear from users of the outdoor performance venue to gain their insights on what features should be included in any renovation or reconstruction projects eventually suggested for the site.
The committee will hear from Dean Stoner of Flatland Frank and Nathan Unsworth, who was involved in the Shakespearian production, about their ideas for "must have features" of outdoor venues.
The committee is scheduled to meet at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Newton Parks and Recreation office at Agnes Patterson Park, 3000 N. 4th Ave. E.
The group is also scheduled to discuss committee membership and take comments from the public.
