Iowa Telecom completes purchase of Sherburne

Newton Independent

Iowa Telecom announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Sherburne Tele Systems, Inc.

The Big Lake, Minn.,-based company serves nine communities adjacent to the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area. Iowa Telecom purchased the company for $82 million.
