Iowa Telecom buys fourth Minnesota firm

Iowa Telecom continued its buying spree of Minnesota properties on Thursday announcing it has paid $1.7 million for New Ulm Telecom's ownership interest in En-Tel Comm, SHAL, LLC., and SHAL Networks, Inc.

This is Iowa Telecom's fourth acquisition of a Minnesota telecommunications firm in the last 18 months.
