-
174 came into compliance within the allotted time frame after receiving a warning - 68.2 percent compliance.
- 49 complaints were unfounded.
- 16 have court dates with no outcome yet
- 16 had some or all of the complaint passed to other departments.
- 5 are pending as notification efforts have been unsuccessful due to such situations as the death of the responsible individuals or foreclosure situations where banking firms do not respond to calls.

Wardlow indicates that the city attorney has also been involved in an increasing number of nuisance-related cases but statistics are not available at this time.
