IPP: Utilities spinning consumer cost of climate bill

The Iowa Policy Project is weighing in today on the climate bill saying utility companies are using scare tactics by telling consumers the measure would cause significant increases in their energy bills.

The House of Representatives is expected to take up the legislation aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions on Friday.
